Unsafe car. Host wanted me to drive a car with 2 bald front tires in hurricane weather with children. Rude and doesn't care

We strongly disagree with these inaccurate claims. This Infiniti QX60 passed its required state safety inspection, including tire-tread requirements, with no low-tire-pressure warning or other warning lights on the dash. The vehicle was cleaned and sanitized before pickup. We have evidence the guest drove 97 miles after claiming it was “unsafe,” and it passed another maintenance inspection afterward. We provided Turo the evidence and believe false claims should be addressed under Turo policy.

We had a wonderful experience renting from Brian! The car was very clean, comfortable, and in excellent condition. Everything went smoothly from pickup to return, and Brian was friendly, helpful, and very easy to communicate with.
It was perfect for our trip, and we would definitely rent from Brian again next time we’re in Hawaii. Highly recommended! Thank you so much!
