Car was great!! We had no issues! Brian was very informational with instructions! Definitely recommend!!

The car was pristine upon arrival, very clean condition. Instructions were very clear for pick up and drop off. I have a handicap 5yr old, so it would have been awesome to not have to travel to the farthest parking garage for pick up and drop off. I did not make those needs known to Brian though! I did text him about exiting the garage with no reply, but it's not a huge deal. I rented a 5 point carseat that was in clean condition. I also rented an umbrella and 2 chairs that were awesome as well! I would rent this car again, it was a great experience. Thank you Brian!
We are glad everything on our part as the host was a good experience! The location of where the vehicle is parked at the airport is Turo’s policy not the host. Unfortunately, we are required to park at this location or we can receive hefty fines for breaking the rules.

Car was as advertised, clean and comfortable. The 3rd-row/jump seat came in handy. Clear communication. Smooth pick up and drop off apart from a glitch with the Turo app (not host's fault).

We are so glad to hear you enjoyed this vehicle! As far as the location of the vehicle this is the designated parking area for Turo and the Honolulu airport. We appreciate the Honolulu airport accommodating Turo vehicles and allowing us space to park where we were not allowed in the past. It is a great convenience to have vehicle available for our guests right at the airport.
