The suv I got was clean and good working condition. I had no issue with it. The pick up was a little confusing and took awhile to find location of car. The return was much better since they sent a video of the location to drop off car.

We appreciate your feedback. Turo provides their own step by step instructions with pictures right within the app on how to find the exact location of the vehicle from every terminal. We also provide pictures and further details in the Turo app and message every guest where to see these instructions under the details tab. We are sorry that these instructions were difficult for you for pick up, but glad to hear our video helped with the drop off process. Best of luck with your future rentals.

The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It drove smoothly and was very comfortable throughout the trip. The host was responsive and made pickup and drop-off quick and easy.
