Communication with the host was GREAT! I did not realize I booked to pick it up at an offsite location, she quickly helped me change it to airport pickup and was very accommodating. The car had a few issues but these concerns were addressed/acknowledged with the owner.

Car was fine for the day. Host was 15 minutes late to dropping the car off which was unfortunate as we only had a few short hours on the island. Also, the car had some malfunctioning issues including the back passenger door having a wiring issue that caused the door to blink open and ding every time the door was touched. Other than those issues we had a good day on the island
Sorry about the vehicle being late due to a major accident that closed down the main road and it was out of our control. Service was scheduled unfortunately it is after your reservation and glad to hear your day went well!

Laurie’s honda pilot was perfect for our vacation for 5! Plenty of seats for all of us comfortably, fit all of our luggage, and Apple car play!! Laurie was incredibly attentive and quick to responding. I would rent again ☺️
