I did not pick up the car due to pick up location discrepancy. NO FAULT OF THE OWNER. The pickup instructions on the listing as well as the confirmation were misleading.
Be very careful. Turo, although agreeable that the pick-up instructions were vague at best, refused any type of cancellation with refund. Had to take other measures to resolve the issue.

IT IS THE GUEST RESPONSIBILTY to find transportation to and from the vehicle ANY OTHER LOCATION the HOST has to deliver the vehicle to the guest. SO when you choose your location the vehicle will be waiting for you. LAST MINUTE CHANGES or EXPECTING THE VEHICLE TO BE AT A LOCATION THAT DOESNT MATCH YOUR RESERVATION you will have some PROBLEMS.
