Overall, the rental experience was good. However, when I picked up the Tesla, there was quite a bit of water inside the vehicle. At drop-off, I was running about 15 minutes behind because I needed to charge the car, but my digital key was revoked shortly after the scheduled 9:00 return time. I had to call to have access temporarily restored so I could return the vehicle. Aside from those issues, everything went smoothly.

The car was fine , the process of picking up and dropping off is very confusing and I will never use Turo again. We dropped the car back to the same place we picked it up and Turo says it hasn’t been returned. Now they want to fine us. 4;30 was the drop off time and we brought it back by 2:30
