Ryan was very communicative and quick to respond on the car and was flexible with me extending my trip. The car was delivered at the right time and location, overall the service Ryan provided was great.
I am surprised though that this car has 5 stars - it was immediately apparent to me that someone regularly smokes in this car and attempts to mask the smell with multiple air fresheners. As someone sensitive to cigarette smoke, this was unpleasant for me to spend several hours driving this car and I felt I smelled of cigarettes when I got to my destination. Therefore, I am giving my overall experience 3 stars.
I truly apologize for the smoking smell. A previous guest dogged out the car pretty bad and I tried my best to get it out, which I thought I did.
