Pickup location was 45 minutes away from the location that was given to me originally. Completely altered the beginning of my trip and also caused me to have to take a day off at the end of the trip to be able to get the car to the drop off location. Car ran ok. Check engine light came on 2 days under the trip but there was no issues with the car itself. Damage on passenger side of the car is very obvious. Besides that, car works great. Thanks so much

The "check engine light" was actually and oil change light.
The oil change is now completed.

Yeah I have to take it. Too the shop for the back breaks because they was down to the metal on metal

Pick up was great, convenient location too! While there was an issue with the original car we rented, Philip and team was quick to answer my call and find a solution. We ended up swapping vehicles with one that actually worked out way better for our trip. I’d be happy to rent from them again. Thanks so much for the rental and prompt friendly assistance!

Horrible! Mysterious! Beyond weird! The host abandons the conversation leaving you to wonder what the hell is going on. It happened twice: At pick up and at drop off. The car I agreed to rent was missing after I already paid, then the host ignored the conversation leaving me in a freezing midnight parking lot 40 minutes from home for a whole hour. Customer service doesn’t speak clear English nor did they answer promptly. I ended up with a different car than what I wanted. I dropped my car off early, I was in communication with the host, and he ghosted the conversation again before the transaction was complete. I left bewildered not knowing what to do.
