The vehicle was fantastic and it was great on gas for a 6 plus hour trip.. the man is a wonderful person and the vehicle was just a joy to drive. We will be returning for future trips.. highly recommend!!

I wasn't able to extend my rental had to miss work today,the host would not let me,even though I contact the same day,to do so and the car was still available, turo,also the host took a picture of my id in his personal phone,and I was told by turo that they couldn't they supposed to look and verify it's you when u come.not make a copy of it with identity theft...

As we explained, someone else had rented the vehicle before you requested the same day extension. We do not cancel other people's trips. You were offered an alternative to other cars and you declined. I find it humorous you rated us so low but yet wanted the vehicle longer. Your basically entitled and threw a fit, did not get your way by us having integrity and not canceling the other persons trip. I hope everyone reads my response so they know how am entitled woman behaves and is dishonest.
Rented twice now and each time the host was nice and helpful. The car runs good and is great on gas.
