Worst Turo experience I’ve ever had. I originally ordered a Tesla so it’ll be cheaper on fuel. The Tesla didn’t charge so he gave me a suburban and it cost me almost $80 to fill back up. The whole purpose of having a Tesla is to have the cheaper fuel cost. This was ridiculous. The host was OK. He was semi non-responsive. I had to get Turo involved whenever the Tesla start charging. I was over five hours late to check into my hotel because I was stuck at a truckstop waiting for the Tesla to charge even though it did not charge then I had to Uber back all the way back to the airport from Topeka to pick up a different vehicle and this is where the suburban comes to play. The suburban was good to drive. It was nice but the fuel cost is what I was not expecting.
I am sorry you are charged so much at the pump; unfortunately we cannot control the gas prices.
The tesla also required paying for the charging.
In fact something you did not state in your review is that we had to waive the $30 charge that you incurred on the tesla after the first few hours of use.
So it's not necessarily cheaper to use tesla except you have a charger at home or free charging somewhere.

Very clean car and they are a great host took care of everything
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
Refuel the vehicle
