Car was great. Kevin has a lot of nit-picks about use of the car and made me feel like he was going to upcharge for any small signs of use of the car. I ended up parking it at my friends house and used their spare to avoid any issues.
My standard message I give to every renter, simply explains Turo's damage policies, which apply to everyone who uses the service. If you decline insurance, do not provide your own, and cannot afford to pay for damages to a luxury car, then you should not rent or damage a luxury car. This is not up-charging, its simply responsibility.
