The car was fantastic and perfect for our trip. It was so easy to pickup and dropoff at the airport. It was clean and performed great for us. We had great communication with the owner and no issues at all. Would 100% reccomend!

I can't give five stars when the description of the car says "Peace of mind - no car wash necessary" then you get a message from the owner requiring a wash and vacuum just before drop off. Change your policy to a polite ask for an outside spray down if you go down muddy or dusty gravel roads and this would be a five star review.
The car is fine otherwise.

The message to bring it back clean is in every message I send from before the rental starts, not just right before drop off (but many people don't read everything I send). That being said I have amended it to a "polite ask" as per your suggestion. Glad every other aspect of the car and experience got 5 star review from you.
