Ok pick up directions weren’t real clear. Everything else was OK.

This was our first time renting with Turo and we will do so again. We had last minute change to our reservation and they owner/company was able to accommodate us; the car was terrific - and we really appreciated that it was hybrid given gas costs. Easy pick up and easy drop off.

TURO made renting a car so much easier than any rental experience I've ever had!
No hassle, no standing in line to pick up or drop off. Easy-breezy and the car was clean and didn't reek like cigarette smoke.
