Great experience overall! The host was super communicative throughout, and Turo's hotline was really helpful when I needed it. The car itself was very clean and well maintained.
The only hiccup was finding the car in the dark. It would've been so helpful to have photos of the parking spot and lockbox location sent ahead of time, since it was pitch black by the time I arrived. Just a small tweak that would make pickup a lot smoother next time!
