Terrible host. They don’t give you lockbox code so you can’t return the vehicle and miss you’re flight

We’re sorry the return process caused frustration, especially with a flight to catch. Clear and timely access instructions are important for a smooth drop-off. We’ll give closer attention to return instructions and lockbox details so guests have the information they need ahead of time.
The Highlander was clean & performed well. Gas mileage was good. Communication with host was good.

Communication response was excellent. Rates were better than rental companies. The app works great. Pick up and drop off we're simple and instructions clear. Vehicle was as described and worked great for our group while exploring Glacier National Park.
