The car was as described; however, the car was not there when I arrived and the host was not responsive through the app and the number the host provided was out of service. Even corporate Turo could not get a hold of the host. In all honesty, I really wouldn’t have minded waiting because that certainly happens when you rent a car from a corporate service but the lack of communication made for a disappointing way to start our vacation.

Car was rough, as in it felt like the “jerked” a bit when turning and backing up
