Great car. The only issue was not having instructions at the beginning of the trip as to where to find the key. Otherwise great car and great experience.

Car was very nice! We had no issues. Only one small thing to note, car is not located at the airport. It is a mile out. Other than that, it was perfect for us. Clean and spacious.

We understand the $15 parking fee may have been unexpected. This fee is noted in the pickup instructions as a heads-up as well. The good news is that Turo reimburses this charge, so you can submit the parking receipt through Turo for reimbursement.
Turo saved the day for us when local car rentals were scarce. The car was clean and comfortable and matched the online description. Host, LA Auto Spot (Kalispell), were fantastic - easy to work with and responsive to questions. (The Message Host option in the App is helpful.) The Check-in process was a little tricky (taking and uploading 20+ photos was time consuming). The App is a little clunky for things like trying to modify the trip or add another driver. But overall it was a great experience and I'm so glad to have discovered this option! Thanks, Turo, and LA Autospot.
