I was informed while I was in the airplane that I would no longer be getting a car seat for my daughter.

We’re sorry the car seat became unavailable so close to your arrival, especially while you were already traveling. We understand how important advance notice is when traveling with a child, and we’ll keep working to improve accessory availability and communication for guests.
The license tabs and insurance were expired and we noticed that after a couple days of driving and we had to change our trip plans to exchange the car. It also was due for a service when we picked it up

The vehicle has been removed from service while the registration documentation and reported service reminder are being reviewed before it is made available for future trips.
