Pickup location was easy to find and the jeep was pretty clean when we got it, but car sounded kind of rough the whole trip and host was not very responsive or helpful

Thanks for the feedback! Glad pickup was easy and the Jeep was clean. Jeeps tend to have a more rugged ride and can sound different from a typical SUV, but we understand the concern. We also appreciate the note on communication and will keep improving response times to make things easier for upcoming renters.
