Car was not clean! There was dirt all around and the interior smelled.

Our inspection showed only minor dust that can naturally accumulate between cleanings, and the vehicle was prepared before your trip. We also want to note that no concerns regarding an interior odor were reported during your trip, so we didn't have the opportunity to investigate or address them at the time. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve.
