The car was exactly as pictured. It was easy to find and the host left money to pay to get out of the airport parking lot. The vehicle doesn’t have a lot of pickup-and-go and there are some shakes upon speeding up likely due to suspension wear and tear. Once up to speed it is a smooth ride and the vehicle handles well. It was spacious and I loved the heated seats and heated steering wheel for the morning drives. I deducted a star because the host put in a damage report over a rock chip. The chip was not my (or anyone’s) fault and is part of owning a vehicle in a drier climate in areas where many driveways are gravel. It was small, I let them know right away and it can be filled at a glass store for minimal cost. This is ridiculous and I feel like they are trying to get a new windshield out of me (my insurance) which is not how it would be handled if they were driving and it happened themselves.
