The pick up location does not take into consideration of a possible elderly person renting. And I was not told of the $15.00 dollar charge to get out of the parking lot. Need to explain that charge before renting.
The vehicle was great. No problems. Can’t give a five star because of the difficulty to get to the rental and the parking charge.

I did want to clarify that the airport pickup location is designated by Turo and the airport, so hosts aren’t able to choose a different parking area. The $15 parking charge was also refunded to you through Turo’s automated system, so there was no final parking cost to you. I’m sorry the pickup arrangement was less convenient than expected and appreciate the feedback.
