I would not book through this group again as when we arrived, they suddenly did not have a car seat available for us and delivered the car late. The only refund offered was a half-day refund as well as the money returned for the car seat no longer being available. This made for an extremely stressful and unfortunate start to our trip. The car was fine and clean.

Pick up was very easy. It is at the airport, just a short walk away. Communication with host was excellent, they responded to a need almost right away. The vehicle did what we needed and was accurate in description. We appreciated the excellent price and care from the host the most
