The car was clean and no problems picking it up. Unfortunately we got a flat tire at one point, we tried to reach the owner numerous times, as well as Turo support attempting to reach her and never received an answer. Was unsure how to proceed, ended up paying for the tow and even the tow truck couldn’t reach the owner…
