Ran into unexpected car issues and Dallas came in and saved the day when no vehicles were available at surrounding rental companies. The truck was perfect and luxurious. He even accommodated me on extending my trip another day when my car wasn’t ready the day I expected. Overall, this whole process brought me a huge relief in my time of need
