It was great. I had a lot of fun time here in Kona. They were a little delayed response when we first got here and directions weren’t super clear, but we got through it and made it great. Had things that were in the description that said we could or not do that weren’t part of the description beforehand.

Good car for exploring the Big Island on. We used the special drop-off and pick-up option which was very convenient. James was good at communicating updates throughout so we had a good idea about the custom pick-up location situation would work. Would recommend.

Charged for airport pickup, when I had already assigned airport pickup upon paying
We are sorry to hear that this was frustrating! We do make sure that it’s listed on our card that the airport drop off and pick up will require you to pay for parking. We also do send a message when you do first book the car outlining the airport instructions as well as the fee for leaving the lot
