I rented Mikhail’s Toyota RAV4 for our family trip to the Big Island and it was exactly what we needed. From the moment I booked, Mikhail’s communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and full of helpful instructions that made everything stress-free.
Pickup and drop-off at Kona Airport were incredibly easy and convenient. The car was in great condition: clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. It had plenty of space for our 3 full-size suitcases plus all our other gear, and it handled the island roads beautifully. We drove all over the island comfortably and never had any issues.
Mikhail is a fantastic host and made our rental experience seamless. If you’re heading to Kona, book with confidence—you won’t be disappointed!

The car was awesome! I actually want to buy a RAV4 myself so it was nice being able to drive one to get a feel for it. The gas mileage was soooo good! We drove so much but didn’t even have to fill up between activities. The pick up and drop off was simple with clear instructions. I loved the Apple CarPlay as well. It was nice having a screen with the GPS on it. I would definitely rent again. My only downside is that I wish the privacy trunk screen was left in the car. I assume it was taken out to fit more luggage. Also I think the windshield wipers might need to be changed because they would scrape against the windshield and cause streaking. Other than that there were no issues with the car!
