Car was just right for our family of 4. I wish pickup was walking distance to the airport, you will need to take an uber to the pickup location (though that’s not on the host, the airport is just strict and does not allow Turo there). The host was super responsive when I had questions at pickup, which was very helpful. He also provided very detailed instructions for pickup and location.

Car was awesome. Unfortunately the process of getting the car and hidden rules made it lose 1 star from us.
Not sure what hidden rules you are referring to. We only abide by turo policy and many people don’t read turo policy so we remind them what Turo does allow and what it doesn’t

Great car for a week of all kinds of weather in hawaii! Host was helpful in our check in and the process was seamless!
No smoking allowed
