As first time users of Turo, we weren’t sure what to expect. Add in the fact that we were renting a car seat for our one-year-old instead of bringing our own and there were plenty of reasons to be nervous…but we need not have been. This was an absolutely smooth interaction. Pick up/drop off was very clear and easy. The car was in great condition and we had plenty of miles to drive all over the island in 8 days. We initially had a fairly old car seat given to us as our rental but when we reached out two days later because our daughter wasn’t fitting in it very well, they were extremely responsive, set up a convenient location to trade out the car seat for a different one which ended up being BRAND NEW (a big comfort to a parent). Overall, a very good experience - would rent again!
