I booked my trip last minute, and Leslie still delivered right on time, even after a few changes along the way. I also ran into some technical issues when ending the trip, and her team couldn’t have been more understanding. They worked with me to get everything wrapped up smoothly, including returning the items I accidentally left behind. Great experience all around.
