Car was excellent. Mel was excellent. They were very communicative as soon as the trip started and there for any questions. The vehicle was in great shape and was great for transporting my family of four adults. Plus, the gas mileage is great for how expensive gas is on the island!

I filled the tank. We ran out of time to vacuum the car but Turo policy said that’s included with rental.

Renting from Mel was great! Pickup was clear and easy even though I was nervous because this was my first time renting through Turo! The car was SUPER clean, and got us around the big island easily. It had enough storage for all our bags for the two of us which was great. Mel was easy to work with and flexible too, would highly recommend!
