The car itself was great. However, the renter was more than 30 minutes late dropping off the car and the pick up area was confusing. He stated the person that rented before was late.
The car itself wasnt extremely clean when we received it so we thought we would be extra nice and do a really good job cleaning it. We went to the suggested place and spent over an hour washing, vacuuming and gassing up the car. We even left a bottle of window cleaner in the car for them.
We made sure the car was returned well on time and in great condition for the next renter; better than we received it. Apparently, the gas was a little below where it should have been, unbeknownst to us since I gassed it up the day before. We barely drove it, but apparently it dropped "one bar."
I received a notice that I owed $20.75 for extra gas! I'm very disappointed. You would think after being given the car late and getting it back in better condition than they gave it to us, they would be more appreciative. Lesson-learned.
