I had a great experience renting this kia. The owner was professional, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. They responded quickly to my questions, explained everything thoroughly, and made the pickup and return process smooth and stress-free.
The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I really appreciated how easy the owner was to work with and how responsive they were from start to finish. I would definitely rent from Exelet Car Rental again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable rental with excellent customer service.

Loved using this car. Would be nice to have a set up for vacuuming out the car and not have to go through a car wash to get it done.
First timer to Kona and had a little trouble finding the location that car was left. They were labeled as A, B, C…. But when you are attempting to find the car, I could not find signs with the A, B, C labels so had to walk around a bit to find the location.
Now that I know how the process works it will probably be better. Still would like to find a place to vacuum the sand out of the car that is close to the drop off.
