First time TURO user
I am not sure how much better Don’s car, help, and service could have been. He was early and waiting for me while I waited to pick up my bags, met me at the curb, and helped me load my bags into his car. He even had a mask and snorkel set, beach chairs, and a small cooler ready for me to use while in Hawaii. The car was immaculately clean, had a charge cord for my phone, and had I wipes to keep things tidy. Don was easy to communicate with and made the rental experience simple and fast. If you have ever experienced the Kona rental counter and line, TURO made that headache disappear. 5 Stars - Highly Recommend!
