Upon arriving to the vehicle and entering the code in the lockbox, we had a horrible experience. The battery was dead to the car and my wife and I told in the hot sun sweating while the host talked down to me and told me to stop crying. He alluded to the fact that the car had known battery issues and still ruined the start of a would be perfect Hawaiian vacation because the customer service is horrible.
Unfortunately this guest became confrontational over a temporary battery issue before the trip had officially started. I immediately arranged on-site assistance within minutes and offered a full cancellation/refund if they were uncomfortable continuing. Despite efforts to resolve the issue quickly, the guest became hostile and accusatory. I accommodated the cancellation immediately, but based on this interaction I would not rent to this guest again.

I returned the jeep at the right time I keep forgetting you have to end the trip on the app p.s. I forgot to lock the trunk but I had put the key in the lock box already and couldn’t get it open again all doors are locked windows are up thank you susumu we had a lovely time with your vehicle mahalo

It started out difficult due to the directions given. License plate was different than shown, and was told it was in a lot when it was parked on the street.
License Plate is exactly what it shows on our bookings profile as is the gps pin that we give to all our guest and every one of them has never had any issues locating their vehicle. If the license plate didn't match, then you took the wrong jeep. Also, there is no massage from us that says it is parked inside the lot. We park them in front of the lot so it should be the first thing you see as you pull up.
