All was good, the car had a minor issue with the key fob but other than that all good! Delivery was great and communication. This was my second time renting this very same car!

Host was responsive and airport pickup was easy! The vehicle key fob was not working and the horn was also not working.

The Jeep key fob wasn’t working and we had to manually open and lock doors, which we could deal with. However, the alarm went off every time we unlocked the car. And when it was running and we got in and out to do things, it would honk in three-honk sequences at a time. We got glared at constantly, animals were disturbed, people covered their ears, and depending on when and where the honking occurred, it made for some very awkward social situations. The owner was notified of this and a partial refund was requested, but I haven’t seen a response yet.
Aside from the horn and alarm issues, the Jeep was in good condition and could’ve been an awesome rental.
