Overall not a bad experience, we drove this jeep nearly 500 miles around the island (huge plus with unlimited miles). Yes it is a lifted jeep, but this thing is pretty worn out, some sway on the highway is to be expected but this was a bit more than you'd expect in a lifted vehicle. It does have a 170,000 miles, so just know you're not getting a new vehicle when you're renting this. Grant was fairly responsive to messages, the pick-up and drop-off was very easy. We rented snorkel gear that was basically brand new, and well worth the price! Personally, I wouldn't rent this vehicle again, but you'll still have a great time if you do, just don't go into it thinking it's going to drive like a brand new vehicle.
