The car was amazing — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It fits the Hawaiian vibe perfectly and made exploring the island even more enjoyable! 🌺🌴 I would definitely recommend it and would happily rent it again on my next trip to Hawaii. Mahalo! 🤙

Driver side top was tied together with rope and wind noise increased daily. Finally on 4th day top flew open while we were on highway. Debated on calling AAA but decided to have daughter physically hold top down for ~10 min back to hotel parking lot. Co-host called me back once I texted issue but told me to call Turo to get replacement car. Called Turo and spent 2hrs on phone to get Turo to initiate replacement car. Initially Turo wouldn’t exchange car until AFTER owner picked up car OR we returned car to airport. We couldn’t drive to airport and owner told us we could leave car in hotel parking lot. And we didn’t feel like waiting hrs for owners to pickup car to initiate exchange. Finally asked to speak to manager who verified my conversation with owner via app. We spent additional $50 to uber to and from dinner reservation and lost out in non-refundable $600 Luau because we arrived very late due to issue with Jeep. We just refilled Jeep gas tank for long road trip tomorrow. I’m so tired but need to stay up until 11:30 pm to get new vehicle which is newer but smaller than Jeep because Turo can’t find Jeep Wangler equivalent. So much stress and lost of 1/2 of day of vacation and over $700 but Turo would not refund us and only gave us option of vehicle exchange OR refund. We wanted and deserve both as Turo wouldn’t replace cost of our non-refundable luau dinner (which we had to Uber to).
