We’re under the impression that we were picking the vehicle up from the airport, due to selecting that as our pick up point. Instead it was at the owners house and they were not helpful about accommodations. Besides that it was okay

Im very sorry you misread the listing prior to booking. As I explained prior to pickup, recent Turo policy changes do not allow me to offer airport pickup, and I haven’t ever offered it. I am bound by Turo Terms of Service and cannot simply be “more accommodating”, even when I want to.
It’s a shame when a guest rates a host poorly for things that are not in the hosts’ control. I’m glad you enjoyed using my car, and I hope you enjoyed the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii. Mahalo 🤙🏼
