Vehicle is great. And the process to picking it up and dropping off couldn’t be easier.

Nice jeep. 4WD works well crawling up to the top of Maunakea. Would book again.

Car would not start this morning. Messaged the owner with no response or phone call. Found a loose battery terminal and tightened it to fix the car.

We sincerely apologize for the battery issue you experienced. We take pride in maintaining our vehicles, but unfortunately unexpected mechanical issues can occasionally occur.
We’re glad you were able to get the vehicle started again, and we wish we had the opportunity to assist you at the time. We provide our direct cell phone numbers to every guest specifically for situations like this, and our team would have been available to help right away.
Everything was explained in advance, location for pick up very clear. It was my first aturo booking and throughly enjoyed it. Car was great and fulfilled all our needs! Cooler was a nice add!
