Car was clean an well marked for pickup even in the dark late at night.
Communication was quick and helpful when we needed clarification on protocols (our first time).
Our host Shardai was very helpful in getting an item I left in car back to me. We'll continue to use Turo, and Shardai when we come back to Kona.
No smoking allowed
