Absolutely incredible to work with, highly suggest you rent the vehicle. It got us everywhere we wanted to go. The host is very accommodating and friendly! Will be working with them again when I come back!

Car ran well and the host was very helpful with instructions. Things went smoothly.

Pickup and drop off location was super convenient at the airport. Paid for the parking on the way out of the main parking lot which was around $17, but that could depend on when you arrive and pickup the car.
The car was clean. The hosts were very responsive. Only issue we encountered was having the wrench car signal pop up on the dashboard on our way from Hilo going through the island. It gave us a bit of a scare not knowing what it meant and how urgent the signal could mean. We notified the hosts though, so hopefully they fix it before the next guests.
Overall, it was a good car to explore the island. We didn’t drive it up to the Mauna Kea visitor center, but did venture to the volcano national park and Hilo. I think we’d book again overall, but just depends on the activities we have planned for next time since some of the activities or parks require a 4x4 or higher clearance vehicle to avoid rough terrain.
