Great pickup and drop-off location, with quick and easy communication!
Two minor issues kept me from giving five stars:
* The seatbelt wasn’t particularly comfortable, although that might just be my personal preference.
* The car could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I found some leftover chips and a toothbrush inside.
Overall, a good experience with a few areas for improvement.

The quality of the car was great. Pick up was easy. However, when trying to communicate, no one ever answers any messages. I tried to ask if I could extend my rental, and I got no answer. I messaged a few times and never got a response. If there had been an issue with the car, I feel no one would’ve been available to report it to or to communicate with. When I went to go drop the car off at the address provided, the gate was locked and there a was no way to return the key. Supposedly there’s a “black drop box” on the side of the building, but there’s no access to the building if the gate is locked.
