The pickup and drop-off location was just 10–15 minutes from the airport, making the whole process incredibly convenient. It only cost about $15 to get there by Uber. The car was in excellent condition and drove wonderfully. Our family of five used it for a full week, and it was comfortable and reliable the entire time. Bluetooth paired seamlessly with our iPhones, making navigation effortless. Thank you, James, for providing such a fantastic rental experience! Highly recommended!

I would not rent from James again. The car itself was fine, but the overall experience was frustrating. His communication was poor and overly drawn out, and the pickup directions to his house were unclear, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. After the trip, he also accused me of returning the car with less fuel than it had at pickup, which was not accurate. Overall, the hosting experience felt disorganized and unnecessarily difficult.

My communication was overly drawn out because Jeremy would not return my calls, so I had to repeat my messages. I like to talk with my clients to make sure that they will not experience difficulty or stress. He did return the car with less miles than he received it, so he did return it with less fuel than what it was when he received it.
