Car was clean and they were flexible with times. Really communicative and responsive. I think that's the most you can ask for. Would def use again

Since the moment I picked up this rig there was alarms and notifications for a check engine oil change needed. Was told the car was just sitting for a bit and after driven would be fine and was told "its a vw". After less then 10miles on the road there was notification for right rear tire pressure check. Tried corresponding with owner who mentioned a mechanic would come to me. This never materialized after sharing location and they dropped the ball. I made an effort driving over an hour to have vehicle serviced at garage after which oil change and tire pressure lights remained. Furthermore I was told I would be reimbursed for fuel spent getting to service. The owner then later disregarded previous agreement mentioning that it was just an inflated tire and that it was a "vw" and not to worry. Simply i tried to get the vehicle serviced when needed yet all efforts were unvalued. Would not rent again due to hiccup.
