For Turo, I’d give them a 2 star rating. Turo charged us an additional $250 to adjust
our reservation when our flight was cancelled on us and rescheduled for the following day. Basically, we were charged an additional $250 for one less day of rental. Definitely leaves a bad taste in your mouth when there is no flexibility in the reservation process.
Thank you so much for the kind words about the car and your experience with us. I truly appreciate it! I’m really sorry to hear about the frustration with the reservation change. I completely understand how that would leave a bad impression, especially when it’s due to circumstances like a flight cancellation. While booking changes and associated fees are handled directly through Turo, I always want my guests to feel taken care of and supported throughout their trip. Mahalo nui loa again🤙🏽
