Great host! We ran into some issues at pickup but Jobe made it right within the first 30 minutes. Super communicative and thankful for all the TLC! Will be back and would not hesitate to rent from Jobe again. Thank you!

For Turo, I’d give them a 2 star rating. Turo charged us an additional $250 to adjust
our reservation when our flight was cancelled on us and rescheduled for the following day. Basically, we were charged an additional $250 for one less day of rental. Definitely leaves a bad taste in your mouth when there is no flexibility in the reservation process.

I completely understand how that would leave a bad impression, especially when it’s due to circumstances like a flight cancellation. While booking changes and associated fees are handled directly through Turo, I always want my guests to feel taken care of and supported throughout their trip. Mahalo nui loa again🤙🏽
