Host was very communicative. The pick up and drop off directions were extremely clear. The vehicle was clean and drove well. We did have an issue with the front USB port not working for us. That was solved by purchasing a 12v power adapter with USB ports. Other than that minor issue the car was great.

The car and pickup was great! However you CANNOT AND MUST NOT HAVE FOOD AND DRINKS IN THE CAR. Ants infestation by the cup holders. Thank you and the host said they will take care of it with ant bombs! Great car!
