Great host! The car was clean, reliable, and exactly as described. Communication was excellent, and the pickup and return process was very easy. Thank you for helping make our Maui trip amazing. I would definitely rent from you again!

The car was good but the communication with the host was very bad. The host has put the car in the parking lot nearly 3 hours before the rental has started, and I’ve been charged for that time-it was simply not fair. His response to my request was only that he had full time job and had to park the car earlier. I was not satisfied at all. He simply should have let me know about it earlier or pay for the parking himself. That is why the service must be rated unsatisfied or even worse.
