host had easy and simple instructions how to pick up and drop off the car. It was very clean, no odor. Car was easy to drive. Only issue was the wiper, probably needs to be replaced because when the rain was pouring hard, it did not wipe out the windshield clearly and only smeared/made streaks of water on the windshield.

Vehicle was amazing! Money was left to cover parking and they were able to be flexible with an altered drop off time due to a flight change. Highly recommend!
