The vehicle rental process was seamless, pickup was smooth though we did have to pay $25.00 to release the vehicle from the airport parking lot. Overall, the vehicle worked well and root is where we were going!
A few items we noted during our rental, which future renters may appreciate, especially given the price point:
- the seats have a heavy seat cover over them which does not breathe, rendering the air conditioned seats useless
- the front camera does not work
- the body has a number of dents and dings, does not look new
- high beams are automatic, not able to be used manually (that I could figure out, and I have a MB)
- vehicle does not have adaptive cruise control
Like I said, the vehicle was fine, though for the price we paid and from what one expects from a newer Mercedes, this did not meet the expectations.
