Yikes! I thought we would spend a little extra to have a luxury vehicle but we spent the whole trip wishing we just got a standard vehicle rather than this bucket. Picking up the car, immediately noticing random body damage, scratches, cracked bumper. Driving the vehicle and realizing this thing needs both maintenance and repairs. Proximity sensors missing so the audible warnings inside the car just blasting the whole time youre in reverse. Brakes need adjusted or maybe just replaced. Transmission feels awful while actively driving. And something as simple as windshield wipers needing replaced. Would definitely not share from this host again. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately we completely disagree with Skyla’s review. Since having this vehicle serviced at Mercedes-Benz in July we have consistently received 5 star reviews.
We provide the Mercedes-Benz service documentation, which includes the repairs and brakes maintenance performed on the vehicle. We stand by the quality of our vehicles and the maintenance carried out.
Unfortunately, we feel that Skyla’s review does not fairly reflect our efforts to a well maintained vehicle and positive guest trip.
