Unfortunately car broke down. Can’t necessarily blame them but it is what it is.

Host left a car with engine light on and didnt respond for a day. Had to tow the car away and host blamed us for costing him money

Shengzi got the car and called saying the AC was not getting cold, i helped her to use the AC and i explained why the check engine light was on and doesn't affect the car performance. She towed the car and i had to pay $350 plus the $26 to the towing store and the car was ok to drive. The same car had a trip 2 days after and it got 5 stars with no issues. She could phone us before towing the car, she used the car for two days and towed in the last day. It is very bad what she did to us.
Fabiane and his team were very responsive, professional, and helpful. He reached out throughout the duration of the rental to make sure things were going smoothly and we were satisfied. GLE350 was a very comfortable ride to explore the island in. 5/5 stars, would definitely rent from Fabiane again.
